Our roasters and dispatch teams work Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed on weekdays before 12noon will normally be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed on weekdays after 12noon will normally be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday (unless that’s a bank holiday in which case Tuesday).
We usually use Royal Mail Tracked 48hour delivery service. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched we will send you a tracking link by email. Orders are occasionally delivered early, but most orders are delivered on the expected day – please check emails regarding your delivery.
Once an item has left our warehouse we are not able to change the delivery details.
