Get Me Coffee Limited does not accept returns or exchange coffees or teas ordered through our website. Please do not try to send any coffee or tea products back to us unless specifically requested to do so.

If we have made a mistake and have sent you the wrong product(s), or if there is a problem with any product(s) we will always ask you to contact us by email and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as we can – usually this will be the same or next day.

In the first instance, the fastest and best way to contact us will always be via email using beans@getmecoffee.co.uk

Once we have email contact from you, we may also give you a company WhatsApp number so that you can send those images via WhatsApp.

We will ask you to provide as much information as possible, including good photographs of the shipping label, packaging and the specific product(s).

If we agree we have sent the wrong product(s) or if we agree there is a problem with the products that we have sent, we will send replacement product(s) of the correct type as soon as possible.

If we are not able to supply the correct product(s) we will offer you the choice of either replacement equivalent product(s) or a full refund.
