Delivery Guide
Despatch
We endeavour to ensure that coffee and tea products ordered before midday are despatched from our factories and warehouses on the same day.
Our pricing is for our standard delivery which is for products to be delivered within a couple of days of the customer placing an order. However, deliveries may be made earlier or later than the standard and once the products have been dispatched, we are not in complete control of exactly when any specific delivery is made to a customer.
We are NOT able to accept “next day” delivery orders or requests, although it’s quite common for customers to get our products quicker than expected.
Deliveries
For all products we usually use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery, as that is low cost and reasonably reliable. Our customers will usually receive tracking info via email, so customers are aware of the status of their delivery.
We may use other delivery services at any time for any reason, but we will always try to provide some form of tracking link.
Please be aware that orders for coffee or tea products that include orders for other non-coffee or tea related products will probably be delivered separately and may not be delivered on the same day.

If you have a query about the delivery of our products, please contact us by email at beans@getmecoffee.co.uk giving as much info as you have including order number and your own contact details. We will endeavour to respond quickly, usually on the same or next working day.
